职责描述: 1. Responsible for formulating business forecast, financial resource plan and strategic plan for Wealth and Personal Banking to achieve the Bank’s strategic direction and focus. Understand our revenue and cost drivers and assist in preparing breakdown and analysis including actuals/forecast/plan. 2. Assist in identifying trends, consolidating data into reports summary with details and product breakdown for management review. 3. Understand our management reporting system and to handle and extract data from the system properly and use or modify drillers to refresh data on time. 4. Assist in providing comment for the launch of new product/system and participate in UAT. 5. Participate in stress test planning process, communicate with stakeholders, and formulate relevant management actions. 6. Work closely with internal parties to review operational efficiency and initiate process improvement and controls. 7. Support ad hoc matters and departmental administration work. 任职要求: 1. University degree in related discipline, with a recognized professional accounting qualification 2. At least 3 years’ experience in accounting / auditing, preferably with exposure on management reporting and financial analysis 3. Good understanding on retail banking products/services/operations 4. Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure to respect all deadlines 5. Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills 6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese 7.
