职责描述： This role will include providing the following legal services primarily to the Group’s business in Mainland China/HK, TW, MO as needed in Greater China legal team. Responsible for legal support to Mainland China/HK, TW, MO regions: • Work closely and independently with local leasing team in their expansion activities for all brands and strictly follow the project schedule set by the company. (1) Draft, review and negotiate Tenancy Agreement, Supplemental Agreement, Check List, Side Letter, Addendum, Notification, Board Minutes, etc. retail real estate contracts documents related to lease projects. (2) Do due diligence check for the lease projects to ensure they are in accordance with company legal standards. (3) Be Responsible for contracts submission with Head Quarter in Sweden, prepare the submission package, communicate with the legal contact in HQ on a regular basis with respect to the concerned contracts and closely follow up together with business team until the contract are eventually approved. • Support extensively and promptly all functions (Account, HR, Marketing, Construction, PR, Area teams, Visual, Security, DC, etc.) in each region in daily work and day to day business operation, provide legal advice, review contracts and other legal documentations, make sure the company’s contract management policy and other compliance routine is well executed and followed by each region. • Work with business partners to improve and enhance various business processes, including pipeline management and project management processes. • Keep constant update with contract data in IPS system with respect to Mainland China and HK, TW, MO markets, make sure all documents are properly uploaded, all information is correctly keyed in and promptly updated when it’s needed. • Support special projects and legal matters assigned by the management if necessary, as the case may be, e.g. risk assessment, company restructure, potential lawsuits (with assistance from external lawyer if necessary). Provide legal training or workshop to business team or other functions (either in HK, TW, MO or in mainland China) as may be necessary from time to time, either independently or together with other team member(s). Assist head of Legal to develop, update and improve templates of all agreements and legal documents related to retail lease, etc. Report on major legal matter to head of legal and keep him/her informed of issues which potentially impact the company. Coach and mentor new comer(s) as may be required from time to time, work and lead as a role model. Other tasks delegated by head of legal, either regarding legal matters in HK, TW, MO or in mainland China. 任职要求： • University law degree and bar admission. Experience to study aboard is a plus. • 8-10 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally have in-house legal support experience with an international company, retail industry is a plus. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and highest integrity. • Excellent legal skills (drafting and analytical) and high efficiency. • Ability to analyze complex legal problems and develop suitable solutions. • Strong business mindset, understanding of business, corporate governance, and regulatory issues. • Able to work under high pressure and good at teamwork. • Excellence in English as a working language, both writing and oral speaking.
