岗位职责Key Responsibilities：1.激发学生的自信，建立同事之间的相互信任感To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues2.在教学实践中和同事友好合作并能够灵活的适应多语言的环境要求To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues3.在课堂中与同事互相配合不断激发学生的学习热情To demonstrate team spirit through teaching activities and constantly motivate passion for learning among students4.具有一定的分析能力，探索新的教学方法拓展学生的学习体验To demonstrate fair analytical skills and explore new teaching methods for expanded learning experiences5.通过坚持不懈的自我学习，不断提高自己的职业素养与教学能力Continued self-learning for professional and teaching skill enhancement6.在当地社会以及其它国际化的环境中推广学校的价值观To promote and advocate school’s values within local and international community任职要求Requirements：1.本科及以上学历且为英语相关专业，3年以上工作经验，持英语教师资格证书；Bachelor and above degree with 3 years related experience. Holding English Teacher’s Certification2.有相关学科的教学经验，IB教学经验者优先考虑；Teaching experience for primary/secondary school relevant subjects3.有中级或高级职称的老师优先；Preferable Medium/Senior Professional Title4.如有国际学校教学经验者优先;Preferable teaching experience with international schools如应届硕士学历，有相关专业毕业者亦可考虑作为储备教师。Candidates with Master‘s degree in relevant majors from listed normal universities may be considered for reserved teachers. 职能类别：英语老师
