任职要求 1、学前教育本科及以上学历，持教师资格证（必备条件） Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, with a teacher qualification certificate (prerequisites) 2、有国际幼儿园、双语幼儿园教师经验（至少1年主班老师） has international kindergarten, bilingual kindergarten teacher experience (at least 1 year worked as a main class teacher) 3、英语流利，能与外教进行工作沟通 Excellent oral and writing skills;Working within a diverse environment of international learners and their parents 4、热爱幼教事业，热爱生活，尊重儿童，有耐心，具备良好的职业操守和服务意识 love early childhood education, love life, respect children, be patient, with good professional ethics and sense of service 5、普通话标准，举止大方得体，有亲和力 Fluent mandarin, good manners, affinity 6、态度积极，做事有激情，抗压能力强，有责任心，善于表达和人际沟通 positive attitude, passion for work, strong ability to resist pressure, responsible, good at expression and interpersonal communication 工作职责： 1、根据教学大纲要求，负责班级教学及管理，完成教学目标 responsible for class teaching and management, to complete the teaching objectives according to the syllabus requirements 2、负责本班幼儿到园接收及生活习惯、游戏娱乐活动引领，确保幼儿环境适应、生活安全 Develop materials and resources, implement, support and/or lead in the production and improvement of curriculum planning as appropriate, and undertake other academic project work as directed 3、及时反馈学生在校情况，做好与家长的交流沟通与答疑解惑 timely feedback on the student's school situation, do a good job with parents of communication and answer questions 4、负责每日课程的安排，以及教具教案的准备工作 responsible for the daily curriculum arrangements, as well as teaching aids preparation 5、严格执行幼儿园安全、卫生、保健制度，培养幼儿良好的习惯，预防安全事故的发生 Address and respond to student issues/emergencies as needed. Be aware of your responsibility to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons you are responsible for/come into contact with during your employment and be fully aware of the School Safeguarding Policy. 6、协调中外教课程计划安排，做好班级教师的工作沟通和交流 coordinate the planning of Chinese and foreign teachers;Be involved in co-teaching with other preschool and primary teachers 7、做好班级的各项资料收集、整理与归档等工作 Provide formative and summative assessments of language learning in the primary context 8、参加业务学习和幼儿教育研究活动 Attend academic, departmental, and school meetings when required, and attend/deliver professional development sessions as directed.
