岗位职责:
职位要求：
1. 熟练地安装、操作、排错windows server 2008 ，2012
2. 熟练地安装、操作、排错微软活动目录，dhcp，dns等基础服务
3. 熟悉exchange， lync，sharepoint等microsoft主要的企业产品
4. 熟悉system center系列产品如sccm/scom/scdpm/scvmm/sco/scac更佳
5. 熟练地安装、操作、排错hyper-v服务器虚拟化技术
6. 熟悉vmware vsphere更佳
7. 熟悉主流的数据备份解决方案，如symantec backup exec
8. 熟悉主流的x86 服务器硬件（hp/dell）以及主流存储（emc/netapp）
9. 具备基础的网络和tcp/ip知识，能独立完成cisco 接入交换机、路由器的配置
10. 具备mcipt,ccnp,vcp认证优先考虑
11. 至少3年以上相关工作经验
12. 良好的英语读写能力

3. be experienced in microsoft enterprise solution such as exchange, lync, sharepoint, sql server
4. be experienced in microsoft system center solution such as sccm/scom/scdpm/scvmm/sco/scac is prefer
5. be proficiency in installation, operation, troubleshooting hyper-v
6. be experienced in vmware vsphere is prefer
7. be experienced in mainstream data backup solution such as symantec backup exec
8. be experienced in mainstream x86 server hardware (hp/dell) and mainstream storage system （emc/netapp）
9. be experienced in cisco router/ access switch configuration and familiar with network knowledge and tcp/ip protocol;
10. certification about mcipt, ccnp,vcp is prefer
11. 3+ years’ related working experience
12. good english read and write skill.
