职位描述:
合同期限: 一年
工作内容与工作职责Objectives/Key Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Sales team
- Communication point between customers and supply chain
- Communication point between customers and financial department
- Coordination for customers orders for smooth operation
- Data input:
-Coordination job
Orders follow up with payment/delivery schedule with customers and ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate with plant’s supply chain for order delivery arrangement
Coordinate with plant’s financial for payment issues and timely invoicing especial dealing with VAT invoice
Monitor the credit status closely with financial and customers
Inventory check timely and build up RDC stock & monitor/replenish RDC stock properly
- Reports
Prepare monthly Ningbo plant’s sample report/delivery report/RDC report
Combine sales tracking report and send out to Account Representative weekly
- Setting up the customers master data into SAP and update them when necessary
- Sending out the RDC inventory report once a week ;sample tracking once a month/Delivery report weekly
- Update Credit status to sales once a month or more
- Following up the contracts and orders daily
- Filing the sales documents daily
岗位要求Profile Requirement:
大专以上学历,国际贸易专业,物流专业或其他相关专业.
良好的沟通能力,团队合作能力,英语读写良好.
可考虑应届毕业生.
